There are always 2 years garanty on all our products. Please contact our sales or administration office for further details.

By default are you allowed to repair our products because none of those contains high-voltage parts. Please consider that our stated garanty does not cover products repaired by other than our technical department unless a specific appointment has been made.

No, this is not possible. By programmable, we mean that we at Timco can program the requested features into the timco controller.

Yes, normally a timco controller can be re-programmed if there is a change in the required functionality. This re-programming needs to be done by us.
