BS25 is used to control a DC motor or an actuator where a soft start/stop is required as well as an automatically current stop if the motor comes to an unforeseen overload sitiation.

The start ramp time is adjustable and the stop ramp time is fixed.

The current stop is adjustable in both directions at the same time on the built-in potentiometer.

Applications: Lifting devices, agricultural machinery, hospital beds, conveyors, bus doors and port lid etc
Technical data:
  • Suitable for battery operation 24V DC
  • Starts / stops the motor slowly
  • Adjustable ramp time for start of motor (0.5-5 sec.)
  • Fixed ramp time for stop of motor
  • Contact connection to "-" for operation
  • No power use in standby
